Troubleshooting - Why Can’t I Upload?
If you are experiencing issues uploading documents, or see an endless spinner or it seems like the upload never completes, please review this checklist:

Check the file size is under 40 megabytes (the maximum file size allowed)

Compress/optimise using an optimiser tool, and or

Reduce image resolution

Remove passwords or certification

Disconnect from any VPNs as they can disrupt network connections and affect file transmission.
Refresh the page and see if a record HAS appeared in your library. You click through to go to the editor and get a message like 'Unexpected error'.
A database record has been created, but there was a problem uploading your document. This may happen because your corporate system does not allow you to have browser local storage access.
Contact your IT team and share this message:
Please check my account permissions and enable my browser to have local storage access. This may involve adding me to a group in Active Directory or a similar system that allows this.
