How to top-up your document credit
1. Access the Billing Page

Click the ⋮ symbol next to your username at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

From the dropdown menu, select Organisation.

In the left-hand navigation bar, click Billing.
2. Top-Up Your Credits

On the Billing page, scroll down to find the Credit Balance card.

Click the Top-Up button.

In the Top-Up modal select Credits Required.

Enter the amount of credits you need. The price will display below.

Click Continue, then Confirm Purchase on the next modal to complete the transaction

What Happens If You Run out of Credits?
If your production credits are exhausted:

The system will block the creation of new live documents

You’ll see an error message and need to top up before sending additional live documents.
Avoid Disruption with Low-Credit Alerts
Legalesign provides daily automatic low-credit email alerts to your billing contacts:

You can set a custom alert threshold (e.g., 100 credits). Once your balance drops below this threshold, you’ll receive daily reminders.

This gives you time to top up via the Billing page or by contacting our support team.

Setting a higher threshold (100–150 credits) helps ensure a seamless experience.
